Being an eco salon means we're passionate and committed to our sustainable practices without compromising quality, luxury and service. Being vales led, putting social responsibility up there with our customer care, at our most basic we are plastic and paper free, zero-waste, plant based, organic and a clean air salon. From the ground up, starting with our decor of cork ceilings, eco paint, reclaimed wood and sustainable materials to our Oway (Organic Way), PeTA certified bio-dynamic ethical, green chemistry products in infinitely recycle-able amber glass and everything in between.
We have water saving and filtered shower heads, 100% green sustainable energy, pre-loved antique teapots and crystal decanters, a refill and returns shampoo and conditioner station. We adore our Who Gives A Crap toilet paper which is both charitable and recycled and our most talked/laughed about salon line! And our only printed items, business cards, are made from recycled T-shirts. The list is ever growing! Both guests new and existing are now seeking out healthier choices for their own well-being as well as the environment and absolutely love the lengths we go to in our sustainable commitment and love hearing about the newest green additions to our ethos. and love sharing when they've adopted some of them for themselves at home!
Guests lead such busy and hectic lives these days so coming to the salon is time that is carved out and precious for them. It's our job to make that time everything they want it to be and at Gronn our guests have come to expect and love the tranquility of our surroundings. Little luxuries of organic drinks served in such a way it feels a real treat, the natural beautiful aromas of the products and of course the listening and being attentive to their needs as well as knowing they are in safe hands both in the hair department and knowing we've looked after their values. Being vegan we love that our clients can relax knowing we've checked everything so they don't have to read bottles and be in a state of anxiety, they can just enjoy the whole experience without worry.
